These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Civra Research Labs' website, products, and services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Civra provides AI-powered code scanning and security assessment tools for SAP and related enterprise systems. You may use the services for lawful, internal business purposes only.

2. Accounts & Access

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Civra is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3. Uploaded Content

You retain all ownership rights in files uploaded to Civra. By uploading, you grant us a limited right to process the files for analysis and reporting. Files are deleted within 7 days of processing.

4. Payments

Paid functionality is enabled via Stripe. All fees are clearly stated and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Civra retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, AI models, branding, and associated IP. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially redistribute any part of our services.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, enhance, or discontinue services at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

Civra is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your files and account data may be deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
